Connect your store
Connect a WooCommerce or custom store to Synchronity from the merchant portal, so AI agents can browse and check out on your storefront. Shopify is coming soon.
Connecting a store takes a few minutes and happens entirely in the merchant portal. No developer or self-hosting is required for the managed platforms.
Start here
- Log in to the Synchronity merchant portal.
- Go to Storefronts.
- Click Add Storefront and pick your platform.
From there, follow the guide for your platform below.

Already connected a store? Manage it any time under Storefronts: toggle it on or off, view its Site ID, or remove it.
